1. cook your thinly sliced salami(ideally the same thickness as your potato chips) in s dry skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 5 min per batch if batches are needed
2. add honey, butter, cayenne and 1 tsp of black pepper, to the fat leftover in your skillet and whisk until mixture is bubbling vigorously, about 3 min
3. combine potato chips, salami and your butter mixture in a large bowl and toss until evenly distrubuted (you can mix with a rubber spatula if your bowl is not large enough to toss)
4. pile your chip mixture into a tower on a large plate and sprinkle with more salt and pepper if desired.
